Unable to sleep last night, I navigated through my iPhone to discover if I had any unplayed podcasts to listen to. Fortunately I had, namely Retronauts, a show from 1UP wherein they discuss old video games and the culture surrounding it. The episode from last night involved in interview with the people behind a popular Earthbound website.
I never played Earthbound or Mother as it was natively known in Japan. I’ve always planned to pick it up at some point, since it has garnered so much reverence but more specifically through the talk I found myself visiting their online store and discovering some finely crated gaming apparel for the discerning video game fan.
In particular I really liked the Metal Gear Solid inspired Les Enfants Terribles swag. Anyway check it out, maybe find something cool to wear?
